The Morrow County Sheriffs
Office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
Oregon State Police received
a report from a man that his wife
called him and told him to call the
police. He didn’t know why.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy. A woman said her
daughter was threatened by an
other subject’s mother. It was an
ongoing problem.
MCSO received a request for
an extra patrol at a Lexington resi
dence.
MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, responded to a report of a
domestic dispute in Boardman. A
woman requested an officer be
cause she said her husband as
saulted her, threw her on the floor,
punched her and kicked her. The
woman, calling from a friend’s
house, said her husband was in
toxicated, was sleeping, has a
shotgun and will attempt suicide
if provoked. Officers arrested
Justin L. Meads, 23, for Assault
IV Felony, and transported him to
the UCSO jail.
Oregon State Police received
a report of a red Jeep Cherokee
pulling a boat without taillights,
passing another vehicle and
speeding at 80+ mph near Arling
ton.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a request for an officer for a dog
complaint.
Heppner Police Dept., Hepp
ner ambulance received a report
of an 82 year old man who was
feeling ill earlier, fainted and hit
his nose. His nose was bleeding
and the man was lethargic. The
patient was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital in Heppner.
MCSO received a report of
someone cutting seatbelts in a car
in Lexington.
April 27: MCSO received a
report of theft of cabinets that
were in the back of a pickup.
MCSO received a report of a
strong odor of ammonia at the
chemical plant in lone. It was be
lieved to be a truck just bleeding a
line. The situation was checked
by MCGG and all was believed to
be fine.
Boardman Police Dept, re
ceived a report of a suspicious
vehicle at Dodge City in Board-
man. Police were reported to have
been looking for two women who
were in the car previously.
MCSO received a report of a
possible abandoned vehicle on
North 1st in Irrigon.
MCSO received a report of a
five year old girl missing from
Irrigon. She was located at the
• neighbor’s house.
MCSO received a report of a
horse loose in Irrigon. A neighbor
tied it up.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a report of a white Ford Explorer
with improper plates.
MCSO received a report from
a woman who said her neighbor
is charging her with kidnapping.
All was straightened out.
MCSO received a report of a
gun stolen from a Boardman resi
dence.
MCSO received a report of a
girl who was riding on the back of
a vehicle and fell off. She was
okay.
MCSO received a report from
a man who said that he knew who
killed his dog three weeks ago and
he has witnesses.

ceived a 91 1 hangup call. The call
was traced to the home of a seven
year old who was home alone and
was scared. The child’s aunt lives
next door and was keeping an eye
on him.

tenant problem at Wilson Trailer
Court in Boardman.
April 28: Clackamas County
Sheriffs deputy arrested Mark
Lance Cramer, 43, on a Heppner
Justice Court warrant for Driving
while License Suspended. Cramer
was lodged at the Clackamas
County jail.
MCSO received a report from
the Hermiston Police Dept, of a
911 hangup call traced to an
Irrigon address. Phone contact
was made to a woman that her
husband had left the residence and
she didn’t need anyone to respond.
Boardman ambulance received
a request for an ambulance from
a woman with back pain. The pa
tient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital in
Hermiston.
Hermiston Police Dept, ar
rested Juan Urbibio Delapaz on
an Irrigon Justice Court warrant
for Failure to Pay Fine/Theft III.
Delapaz was lodged at the UCSO
jpil.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy concerning an incident
involving her child. A neighbor
came over swearing at her be
cause of a complaint.
MCSO received a report of a
vehicle witfi no plates at Bake’s
in Iirigon.
MCSO received a report of a
cow out on Depot Lane in Irrigon.
The owner was contacted.
MCSO received a report from
a woman who was translating for
another woman that a third per
son was holding drugs for a fourth
person.
MCSO received a report of a
purse in a reservoir weighed down
with rocks.
MCSO received a 911 call from
Boardman with two juveniles
laughing. An officer was sent to
check.
MCSO received a report of a
baby owl which fell from a tree at
lone City Park. ODFW took care
of it.

April 29: MCSO received a
report of an ongoing problem of a
barking dog in Irrigon.
Jeffrey Lynn Daems, 30, was
cited for Possession of a Con
trolled Substance-Methamphet-
amine.
MCSO received a report of a
sorrel gelding that got out in Lex
ington.
MCSO received a report of a
female who pulled off to the side
of the road and slumped over the
steering wheel.
MCSO, Irrigon ambulance re
ceived a report of a juvenile who
possibly overdosed in Imgon.
MCSO received a request for
a patch-through to Morrow
County Behavioral Health.
Boardman Police Dept, re
ceived a report of a black cow out.
MCSO received a report of a
possible prowler at midnight on
Highway 74 in Morgan. A resi
dent could hear her cat meowing,
but no vehicles were in the area.

a man at West Ext. Irrigation who
said he ran off three vehicles that
were trespassing.

rant for Failure to Appear-No
Angling License; and Sariena Jane
Garrett, 30, was arrested on a
