MCSO received a report of a
non-injury two-vehicle motor ve­
hicle accident on Highway 730
one mile west of Imgon.

over in Boardman.
MCSO received a report of a
suspicious two-tone van in Imgon.
An office was unable to locate the
vehicle.

Boardman Police Dept, a report
of information concerning a juve­
nile.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner Police Dept, a report of a civil
dispute. A w om an’s neighbor
wouldn’t let her get her things out
of a shed.
MCSO received a report of a
non-injury motor vehicle accident
near the dam. One vehicle was a
hazard to others.
MCSO received a report from
a female subject that her mom
slapped her.
MCSO received a report of
two suspicious males hanging
around vehicles at the Boardman
rest area.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner Police Dept, a report of ha­
rassing phone calls in Heppner.
MCSO received a report of a
cabin at Penland Lake broken mto.
Heppner Police Dept, cited one
juvenile for Minor In Possession-
Tobacco and Possession of less
than 1 oz. Marijuana. One juve­
nile was cited for Minor In Pos-
session-C.
MCSO received a report of
loud music at an Irrigon residence.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of a dog barking continuously at a
Boardman residence. An officer
was unable to locate anything.
Aug. 2: MCSO received a re­
port of dogs barking and suspi­
cious activity in a field.
MCSO received a report of
two boys walking with backpacks
towards Lexington on Highway
74 milepost 35.
MCSO received a report of a
white colt with black spots found
in Boardman.
MCSO received a report of a
vehicle parked in front of a pump
station at Willow Creek Refuge
off Three Mile Canyon that a per­
son wanted towed.
MCSO received a report of a
stereo stolen from an unlocked car
in Irrigon.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner Police Dept, a report from a
man in Heppner that someone had
gone through his wife’s belongings
and had stacked them on the bed.
MCSO received a report of a
restroom graffitied at the Irrigon
Marina Park.
MCSO received a report of a
speed boat at Penland Lake dis­
rupting owners. When advised
that no motorized boats were al­
lowed, they were told to get lost.
The boaters then left.
MCSO received a report of an
alarm at an Imgon residence. The
house was secure.
MCSO and Heppner Police
Dept, received a report from a
woman that her ex-boyfriend was
drinking heavily, was suicidal and
may have taken pills. The subject
seemed fine.

of people fishing at the bend past
the Nomad R estaurant in
Boardman.

two dogs missing from Irrigon.

of a subject refusing to pay for
fuel he put in his tractor at the
Boardman BP station.
MCSO deputy cited a 15 year
old juvenile for Theft II, Unautho­
rized Use of a Motor Vehicle and
Criminal Mischief I.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner ambulance a report of a per­
son at Hardman with a possible
overdose of lithium. The patient
was transported to Pioneer Me­
morial Hospital.
MCSO received a report of a
primer red Toyota abandoned on
private property.
MCSO dispatched to the Ore­
gon State Police a report of a man
at Imgon who was depressed and
overdosed on medication.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner Police Dept, a request for as­
sistance in locating a woman
whose husband had overdosed.
MCSO received a report of a
controlled bum at the west end of
Irrigon.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman ambulance a report of
a one-month old baby who had
ingested a foreign object.
MCSO received a report of a
bay mare missing from Imgon.
MCSO dispatched to the lone
Fire Dept, a report of a wildland
fire on Ely Canyon Road.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner Police Dept, a report of sev­
eral kids at the city park who had
allegedly been drinking and who
allegedly removed regular to­
bacco in cigarettes and replaced
it with marijuana and were smok­
ing them. Michael Scott, 19, was
cited for Disorderly Conduct.
MCSO received a report of a
male “buck naked” at Trail Fork
Lane in Gilliam County who was
exposing himself and a lady friend
was naked too.
MCSO dispatched to Gilliam
County Sheriffs office a report
of a naked man and a heavy-set
naked female flashing people in
Condon.
MCSO received a report of a
deer hit between Umatilla and
Irrigon.
MCSO received a report of a
vehicle that had driven up on a
lawn in Boardman.
MCSO received a report of a
non-blocking, non-injury accident
by Kinzua.
Aug. 4: MCSO received a re­
port of suspicious persons in the
bushes near a residence in Imgon.
MCSO deputy, Boardman Po­
lice Dept, and the Oregon State
Police responded to a report of a
gang fight in progress by the boat
launch in Imgon with two men
fighting. The officers were unable
to locate the fight or weapons.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner Police Dept, a report of kids
threatening a man in Heppner.
MCSO deputy and Boardman
Police Dept, responded to a re­
port of 3-4 men fighting at the C
& D Restaurant in Boardman.
MCSO relayed a message to a
person at Bull Prairie Cam p­
ground.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of two people having a waterhose
fight. It turned out to be a civil
problem involving ownership of a
trailer.
MCSO dispatched to the

of a white van and a Rabbit speed­
ing through the Boardman Rec­
reation Park.
Aug. 5: MCSO dispatched to
the Heppner Police Dept, a re­
port of someone in the Bank of
Eastern O regon at 3 a m. It
turned out to be the computer man.
MCSO received a report of a
panic alarm at the lone Bank of
Eastern Oregon. All was okay.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp­
ner Police Dept, a report of some­
one hanging a person’s chickens
up by their feet and the chickens
were dead.

report of a dispute over a wood
cutting permit on the 5327 road.

Daniel Mathews, 43, was ar­
rested on charges of Possession
of a Controlled Substance, Meth-
amphetamine, Possession of a
Controlled Substance, Marijuana,
Frequenting a Place Where a
Controlled Substance is Used and
Manufacturing. Bail was set at
$51,000. Mathews was lodged at
the Umatilla County Sheriff s of­
fice jail.

Avery Carlson, 37, was arrested
