while the owner was out of town.

10 year old male driving a gray
Escort with two other juvenile
boys and an infant on Canal Road.

taken from a residence and the
owner believes he knows who

The victim said he was walking

him from behind and gave him a

Burglary I The juvenile was listed
as a missing person out of
Stanfield.
MCSO received a report of an
Minor In Possession party at
County Garden Estates. An of
ficer was unable to locate any
activity there.
July 30: MCSO received a re
port of a possible party at the
Kinzua parking lot with maybe a
dozen people gathered around a
light blue pickup that’s from the
Lexington area.
MCSO dispatched to the Ore
gon State Police a report of a boat
sitting along on 1-84 eastbound that
was hit by a semi. Debris was on
the road. ODOT was requested
for cleanup.
MCSO received a report of
three males and one female with
a girl on her hands and knees pos
sibly crying. It turned out to be
unfounded.
MCSO received a report of
eight kids in a room at Country
Garden Estates and beer bottles
everywhere. No kids were there
when officer arrived.
MCSO deputies responded to
a domestic situation in progress in
Irrigon. The call unfounded and
the officers discussed misuse of
911 with the subjects.
MCSO received a report of a
cell phone stolen from a pickup
parked by a wheat field two miles
south of Patterson Ferry Road.
MCSO received a request for
an extra patrol in Irrigon.
MCSO deputy responded to a
report of a ‘man who assaulted
another man and his girlfriend in
Hardman.
MCSO deputy responded to a
report of the other man involved
in the altercation in Hardman re
porting that his neighbor’s horse
was on his property and he had
gone over and he and his neigh
bor had an altercation.

ner ambulance a report of a
woman with a broken arm and a
man with cuts who were involved
in the above altercation.

fire on the Bombing Range.
Turned out to be on no-man’s land.

Columbia Basin Electric Co-op a
report of lights off at MCSO and
the generator kicking in.
MCSO deputy and Oregon
State Police responded to a report
of a single vehicle rollover, with
no injuries, on 1-84 eastbound.
MCSO received information
concerning a possible child selling
case.
MCSO received a report of a
stop sign that had been placed over
a yield sign at the corner of
Kilkenny Road, east of the north
Lexington elevator.
MCSO received a report from
a mother in Imgon that her 12 year
old son has friends at their home
drinking and smoking and they
won’t leave. One was located as
a missingjuvenile out of Umatilla.
Oregon State Police responded
to a report of a white Dodge
pickup northbound on Highway
97, doing 100+ mph. The vehicle
went westbound to milepost 88
and turned around. The driver
jumped out at milepost 100 and
was caught after a footchase by
the OSP.

information concerning a tagged
vehicle.

Trailer Park, who keeps coming
back to the trailer through a win
dow.

July 31: MCSO received a re
quest for police and an ambulance
from a man who didn’t speak
much English. The subject said he
was sick from too much marijuana
at an Imgon residence. The man
had come home from work and
got a headache from what he
thought was marijuana that had
been smoked by the son of his girl
friend and the son’s friend while
he was gone Turned out to be
smoke from the fire on the Bomb
ing Range. There was no trans
port made.
MCSO received a report of a
dog chasing a cat in Imgon. The
dog had previously killed sheep.
MCSO received a report of a
yard in Imgon toilet-papered, yard
decorations broken and flowers
removed from flowerpots.

theft of services. A person whose
water had been shut off for non
payment hooked into his
neighbor’s water lines.

fired at the intersection at Hill St.
in Heppner. Turned out to be a
vehicle backfire.

enroute from Troutdale upside
down in tall trees somewhere in
the mountains. The pilot was un
conscious and a female passen
ger was reporting information via
cell phone before the phone went
dead. The plane was located m
Baker County near Anthony
Lakes.

owner was on vacation

person in Boardman being evicted
by his grandmother and she
wouldn't let him have his things.

from a woman that her 14 year
old stepson had broken windows
