and punched her in the stomach.
The sister thought she was 3-4
months pregnant, but didn’t think
she was hurt badly enough to need
an ambulance;
MCSO received a report that
someone entered a home and took
a registered Pomeranian. The
owner’s uncle had the dog;

Boardman Police Dept, a report
of an audible alarm at a residence
in Boardman. A resident of the
house set it off accidentally;

March 20: MCSO received a
report of someone breaking into
a equipment at Rivercrest Farms,
vandalizing it and stealing fuel;
MCSO received a report that
someone had broken into civilian
trucks at the Bombing Range
main building and stuff was sto­
len out of them;
MCSO received a suspicious
9-1-1 call from a Boardman resi­
dence;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of juveniles taking a wallet from
a pickup outside the Boardman
BP station. The wallet had $700
in it;
MCSO dispatched to the
Heppner Police Dept, a report of
a person tearing down his
neighbor’s signs and spray-paint­
ing her driveway;

three dogs dragging off a calf and
another calf was missing at a
ranch one mile down C lark’s

an ambulance for a woman with

Junction. One patient with inju­
ries was airlifted to Bend;

of a Toyota spinning cookies be­
hind the old police dept, in
Boardman. An officer was unable
to locate anyone;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of gang members hanging around
a day use area;

o f a pickup truck playing loud
m usic in a parking lot in
Boardman;
MCSO received a request for
an officer to assist the Irrigon
ambulance with a medical emer­
gency;

of two gang subjects harassing
customers at the Sentry Market in
Boardman. The two left in a
black/green car;

Patrick's Parish standing up and
then lying down. An officer was
unable to locate anyone;

puppies killing a n eig h b o r’s

tires on a car slashed at a resi­
dence in Imgon;
Mitchell Fire Dept, and ambu­
lance, Wheeler County Sheriffs
office, and AirLife responded to
a one vehicle rollover on High­
way 26, milepost 71, with three
people involved. One person was
trapped under the vehicle, and
head and body injuries were in­
volved with all three. AirLife was
activated;

Boardman Police Dept, a report
of an intoxicated male subject at
the C & D Drive-in in Boardman
who refused to leave;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Emergency Medical
Technicians and Boardman Po­
lice Dept, a request for an ambu­
lance for a woman who had fallen
on the cement and cut her knee.
The woman was transported by
private vehicle;
MCSO deputy responded to a
residence in Irrigon to check on a
female subject’s welfare;
MCSO deputy, Lexington
Emergency Medical Technicians,
Heppner ambulance and Morrow
County Behavioral Health re­
sponded to a report of a Lexing­
ton woman who said she was
dizzy and had stomach pains. The
Lexington EMTs responded, but
the woman was not satisfied and
wanted the Heppner ambulance.
The woman was cited for filing a
false report;
MCSO received a request for
an officer from a woman in
Heppner;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
o f someone with a flashlight
prowling behind the Napa Store
in Boardman;
MCSO received a report of
loose cows in a yard in Irrigon;
MCSO dispatched to the Or­
egon State Police a report of an
erratic driver in Boardman;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept., and am­
bulance a request for an ambu­
lance for a person having a sei­
zure. The man, conscious and
breathing, refused transport;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardm an am bulance and a
MCSO deputy another request for
a man having seizures. The pa­
tient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital in
Hermiston;

an Irrigon man who reported that
his five year old son came home
with bruises after a visit with his
mother;
MCSO received a request for
an officer for a male subject re­
fusing to leave a residence in
Irrigon. On arrival, an officer was
unable to locate the subject;
MCSO received a report of
someone pulling into a driveway,
load up a doghouse, and drive off.
The person was followed by the
complainant and complainant re­
quested an officer;
MCSO received a report of
someone spooking a horse and
tearing down a fence.
March 23: MCSO received a
rep o rt o f m issing dogs in
Boardman;
MCSO received a report of two
suspicious men on property at
Bombing Range Road and Lex­
ington;
MCSO received a report of a
limb broken on a large tree at the
comer of Water and Jones streets
in Heppner that might fall and
hurt someone;
MCSO received a report of an
injured deer that needed to be put
down;
MCSO received a report of two
dogs found with possible rabies.
The dogs were from an earlier
entry.
MCSO received a report o f
loud music after school near the
Irrigon school. The caller re­
quested more patrols;
MCSO deputy, Oregon State
Police responded to a domestic
dispute in Irrigon. A woman was
hit on the head by a man. The
woman’s son was present;
MCSO received a report that
someone had left a message on
another person’s answering ma­
chine saying the caller had killed
someone;
Flood computer reported a
Level 2 for Shobe Canyon and
Shobe headwaters;
MCSO dispatched to the Or­
egon State Police a report of a
blue T-bird all over the road on I-
84;
MCSO received a report of
someone breaking into a pickup
and stealing the speakers;
MCSO received a report of a
burglary that happened a month
ago in Imgon.
March 24: MCSO received a
report of a fire alarm at Heppner
High School. It turned out to be a
false alarm;
MCSO received a report of a
person threatening to cut two
other persons with a knife;
MCSO received a report of
starving dogs running around
Lexington and dumping over gar­
bage cans;
MCSO received a report of a
hit-and-run in dow ntow n
Heppner. Witnesses saw the ve­
hicle that did the damage and saw
it leave;
MCSO received a report of a
motor vehicle accident rollover in
Irrigon. Virgil Leroy Hausinger,
48, was arrested for Driving while
Under the Influence o f Intoxi­
cants;
MCSO received a report o f
shots fired in Irrigon.
March 25: MCSO dispatched
to the county road dept, a report
of piles of glass left over from an
accident;
MCSO received a report of a
male in coveralls and with a
shaved head going through trash
cans. A MCSO deputy found the
man, 28, intoxicated and passed
out behind the motel in Irrigon;
MCSO dispatched to the
Heppner Police Dept, a report of
a man hit on the head and robbed
of $1,600;

strong smell com ing from
Boardman. A similar instance
years ago turned out to be the
onion/potata plant not using
pumps properly, according to the
complainant;

message left on an answering
machine threatening to kill the
residents of the home. Complain­
ant thought maybe it was kids
who had seen the movie
“Scream,” but wanted to report
the message anyway;
MCSO dispatched to the
Umatilla County Sheriff’s a re­
port of people stealing stuff out
of a disabled vehicle west of the
Army Depot Junction;
MCSO received a report of a
person receiving a call from a
person that they had a restraining
order against;
MCSO received a report of a
stolen pager in Irrigon. The caller
believed she know three people
who might have taken it;
MCSO received a report of an
audible intrusion alarm at Pot­
latch Corp., west of Homestead
Lane, Boardman. It turned out to
be an employee error;
MCSO received a report of
excessive vehicle noise in
Boardman, an ongoing problem;
MCSO received a report of
complaints about company at
Sandpiper Apts, in Boardman;
MCSO received a report of a
theft on Frontage Road in Irrigon;
MCSO received a report of a
possible beating of a girl by a man
in Boardman;
MCSO received a report of an
elderly man walking westbound
on 1-84;
MCSO received a report of a
found red Carter mix dog in
Heppner;
MCSO received a report of
small children playing unattended
every day on Idaho Street;
MCSO received a report of a
man threatening an employee at
Sentry Market in Irrigon;
MCSO received a report of a
woman wandering in Boardman
who might be lost or confused;

apartment building manager in
Irrigon in the parking lot with an
intoxicated male who was begin­
ning to get verbally and physi­
cally abusive.
March 27: MCSO received a
report of a pickup parked, but
straddling the fog line at 1-84/
Highw ay 730 Junction. The
driver was arrested for Driving
while Under the Influence of In­
toxicants;
MCSO received a report of an
attempted burglary of a new car
with the keyhole stretched, car
door bent and paint scratched;
MCSO received a report of
harassing phone calls in
Boardman. The caller said they
knew who had been harassing
them;
MCSO received a request for
a welfare check on people living
outside lone. The people were
contacted and were okay;
MCSO received a report of a
black and white female cowdog
found on Riverside in Heppner.
March 28: MCSO received a
report of $2,500 stolen from a
house in Irrigon;
MCSO dispatched to the
Heppner Police Dept, a report of
harassing phone calls in Heppner;
MCSO received a report of a
man yelling outside the Irrigon
Mobile Court for the occupant to
come fight him. The suspect left
and the caller didn’t want the po­
lice involved;
MCSO received a report of a
fence down and a guard rail tom
out on Frontage Road at the
county line junction. Someone

then set the signs back up;
A Heppner woman was cited
for Offensive Littering when she
placed a sack of dog poop on the
front door step of Heppner City
Hall. The woman said she had a
problem with the loose dogs in
Heppner relieving themselves in
her yard and she wanted to make
I a statement to the Heppner City
and police dept.;

Heppner Police and Fire depts. a
report of smoke coming out of
vents at Kate’s Pizza in Heppner.
The caller was advised to clear the
building. The fire dept, was called
out;
MCSO received a report of a
reckless driver who forced a car
with a family in it off*the high­
way on 1-84 eastbound; *
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of approximately 15 kids hang­
ing around at a residence in
Boardman;
MCSO received a report of a
domestic dispute in progress at
Woodlands Apts, in Irrigon. Of­
ficers were unable to locate any­
thing;
MCSO deputy arrested Harry
Derryberry for Driving while
Under the Influence of Intoxi­
cants, involved in a reckless driv­
ing situation;
MCSO deputy arrested Daniel
Jesus Vasquez, 39, for Driving
while Under the Influence of In­
toxicants, and Possession of Less
than One oz. of Marijuana;
MCSO deputy assisted the
Imgon ambulance;
MCSO received a report of a
transformer blown and the power
out at Ruggs. Columbia Basin
Electric Co-op was notified.
March 29: MCSO received a
report of an audible alarm at
Huwe’s/Browns in Irrigon. It
turned out to be a false alarm;
MCSO dispatched to the
Heppner Police and Fire depts. a
report of a fire alarm at Heppner
High School, both smoke detec­
tors and general alarm sounding.
It was a false alarm;
MCSO received a report of
several hypoderm ic needles
found east of the Irrigon Manna.
The man who discovered them
took them home.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of a possible drunk dnver swerv­
ing all over on Main Street in
Boardman. It turned out to be an
elderly driver;
MCSO received a report of a
man on drugs getting verbally
abusive towards a woman at
Greg’s Tavem in Imgon;
MCSO received a request for
an officer concerning a problem
with renters in Irrigon;
MCSO received a report of a
brown stationwagon that cut
through a field and a fence in
Irrigon;
MCSO dispatched to the
Heppner Police Dept, a report of
a suspicious juvenile-tall, skinny
with black hair, talking to kids at
the playground about gory things;
MCSO received a report of
people burning a tom-up mobile
home with possible toxic fumes
and noise at all hours in lone.
MCSO officer was flagged
down' by a female subject who
said her father assaulted her at the
Outback Apts.; .
MCSO received a request for
a patrol on Dee Cox Road because
of fast traffic;

row County Behavioral Health
Dept, a report of a 17 year old girl
threatening to kill herself;
March 30: MCSO dispatched
to the Oregon State Police and
Arlington ambulance a report of
a female slumped over the wheel
of her vehicle on 1-84 westbound,
milepost 138. The vehicle had red
writing on the back of the win­
dow;
MCSO received a report of a
burglary and vandalism at Coun­
try Garden Estates;
MCSO received a report of a
fertilizer pump stolen from a
circle north of Highway 730 in
Imgon;
MCSO received a request for
assistance from a woman who
wanted her husband to stay away
from her. There was no assault
involved and the man had left her
residence;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of the window in a pickup bro­
ken at DSE in Boardman;
MCSO received a report of an
audible alarm at Oregon Farm
Management.
March 31: MCSO received a
report o f three horses out in
Irrigon near the alternative
school. The owner was contacted;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of someone hitting the side of a
trailer at Wilson Road Trailer
Court in Boardman;
MCSO received a 911 call that
a woman, who was seven months
pregnant, was hit and knocked
down by her boyfriend in Irrigon;
Daniel Hum, 21, was arrested
for Assault IV Domestic;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of items stolen from a vehicle at
OPI in Boardman;
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of a woman in a red sports car at
the Boardman BP station who
was believed to be intoxicated or
on drugs;
MCSO received a report of
spraying in Lexington that was
scaring goats who are kidding;
MCSO dispatched to the Or­
egon State Police a report of a
man with a warrant out on him at
a home in Imgon. Robert Doty,
34, was taken into custody and
lodged at the Umatilla County
Sheriffs office jail;

Boardman Police Dept, a report
of a puppy missing in Boardman;

Boardman ambulance a report of
a three month infant with a fever,
crying for four hours.
April 1: MCSO received a re­
port of an attempted kidnapping
in Irrigon. A man allegedly at­
tempted to get a six year old and
an eight year old into a car in front
of the BP station;
