It is estimated that the proposed project will benefit at least 30 persons, of whom 100 percent will be low or moderate income. A public hearing will be held by the City Council at 7:00 pm on Monday, March 9, 1998, at Heppner City Hall, 188 West Willow Street. The purpose of the hearing is for the City Council to obtain citizen views and to respond to questions about the proposed project. Written comments are also welcome and must be received by 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 9, 1998 at City Hall. Both oral and written .comments will be considered by the City Council.
