office reports handling or
dispatching
the
following
business during the past several
weeks:
MCSO received a report of
subjects near cabins at Penland
Lake who were very loud and
appearing to be intoxicated. The
caller was concerned about cabin
break-ins. The subjects left the
area.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Emergency Medical
Technicians a request for an am
bulance for a man in Boardman
MCSO dispatched to the State
Highway Dept, a report of slick
roads on Highway 207 south of
the Bombing Range Road.
MCSO, Oregon State Police
responded to a rollover accident
with injuries on 1-84 eastbound,
milepost 168. Two patients were
transported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Hermis-
ton.
MCSO received a report of an
unattended death at a home in
Fossil.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman ambulance a report of
December 31 st-Wednesday

was in and out of consciousness
and bleeding from her nose. The
patient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital in
Hermiston.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of property graffitied at a resi
dence in Boardman.
MCSO received a report of a
911 call traced to a pay phone at
Greg’s Tavem in Imgon. It was
believed to have been a prank call.
Officers were unable to locate
anyone.
MCSO received a report of a
suspicious man leading a five
year old with his hand on her bare
shoulder in front of the Imgon
Market.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp
ner Police Dept, a report of a
woman who hadn’t shown up for
work and had not been heard
from. The woman returned home.
MCSO received a report of a
disturbance at a residence in Im
gon. James Alvin Vance, 33, was
arrested for Assault IV Domestic
and Menacing. Vance was lodged
at the Umatilla County Sheriff s
office jail.
MCSO received a report of the
flood computer freezing up. The
computer was rebooted.
Dec. 7: MCSO received a re
port of a truck parked at Farley’s
garage. The man went behind the
building and the caller believed
that there was a party. The vehicle
then left.
MCSO dispatched to the Or
egon State Police a report of a
suspicious pickup parked at a resi
dence in Irrigon. The vehicle left.
MCSO received a request for
an officer from a man who said
he shot and killed a pit bull that
was chasing his horses and mules
in their pen.
MCSO dispatched to the Or
egon State Police a report o f a
burglar alarm at Kegler’s Market
in Imgon. Turned out to be an
employee error.
MCSO received a report of an
intruder alarm at Boardm an
Health Care Center. Turned out
to be a maintenance person.
MCSO received a report from
a woman of a mail box missing
and two tires on her boyfriend’s
care slashed in Irrigon.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a request
for an officer at Lamb Weston
because a dog was trying to get
in the door.
MCSO received a report of a
man and woman arguing in their
front yard in Irrigon. The woman
asked a neighbor to call the po
lice.
MCSO received a report o f a
motor vehicle accident on High
way 730 west of Imgon.
MCSO received a report of a
car sliding into a ditch on High
way 730 and another spun out of
control on 1-84.
MCSO received a report of two
Russian wolfhounds lost on the
Bombing Range Road near Finley
Buttes.
MCSO dispatched to the Or
egon State Police a report of a
wrong way driver with no lights
on Highway 97 northbound in
southbound lanes.
MCSO dispatched to the Or
egon State Police a report o f a
rollover accident on 1-84 milepost
110 eastbound. It was a non-in
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of a missing pickup at Riverview
Motel. The truck was where the
driver left it.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept., Board-
man ambulance a report of a one
month old baby with a hernia. The
patient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital in
Hermiston.
Dec. 8: MCSO received a re
port of a van hitting a guard rail
on 1-84 milepost 149. No injuries
occurred. An officer was unable
to locate anything.
MCSO received a report of
boys trespassing at a residence in
Boardman. They cut across a
neighbor’s property with their
vehicles.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of an alarm at a residence in
Boardman. All was secure.
Oregon State Police, Board-
man ambulance responded to a
two vehicle motor vehicle acci
dent on 1-84 eastbound, milepost
164. It was a non-injury accident.
MCSO received a report of two
vehicles in the median on 1-84
eastbound at Highway 730 junc
tion.
MCSO received a report of a
motor vehicle rollover on 1-84
westbound, milepost 168. It was
a non-injury accident.
Dec. 8, MCSO received a
report of a chain saw missing
from a residence in Imgon. The
owner believes it may have been
stolen by the same person who
stole a pistol last summer.
MCSO received a request for a
deputy from Morrow County
Behavioral Health concerning a
residence fire in Irrigon.
MCSO received information of
a five speed bike found in
Boardman.
Heppner Police Department
received a request from a woman
who needed help in picking up
her son.
Heppner Police Department
and the MCSO responded to a
three- foot high flu fire at a
residence in Heppner. The fire
was under control.
MCSO received a request for
an
officer
concerning
a
neighbor's dog's fighting with the
resident's dog.
MCSO received a report of a
motion detector alarm at a
residence in Irrigon.
The DA was requested for
information
concerning
a
restraining order.
MCSO received a report of a
dog or possibly a wolf in a
neighbor's yard in Boardman.
MCSO received a report of an
audible burglar alarm at a
Boardman residence. It turned
out to be the owner's error.
MCSO received a report of
cattle out on Highway 74. The
motorist almost hit them.
MCSO received a report of an
audible alarm at a residence in
Irrigon. It turned out to be a dog
walking by a motion sensor.
MCSO received a request for
assistance in opening a semi
truck with the keys locked inside.
A deputy assisted and opened the
door.
MCSO, Oregon State Police
and the Boardman Police
Department
responded to a
report of four semi trucks back to
back almost running people off
the road on 1-84 west bound at
exit 164. Six semi trucks and
one passenger pickup were
stopped by an officer.

hoses cut at Cascade Specialties
on Bombing Range Road.

responded to a report of an 89-
year-old woman, Ruth Green,
Boardman, deceased.
Boardman Police Department
received a request for an officer
for keys locked in a vehicle.
Services to Children and
Families requested a deputy to
assist with an interview of a 12-
year-old possible rape victim.
MCSO received a report of a
car almost hitting another car in
Boardman.
Boardman Police Department
received a report of a 911 hangup
call that was traced to a
Boardman residence. It turned
out to be kids playing.
MCSO received a request for
information
concerning
a
restraining order.
MCSO received a report of a
disturbance at a residence in
Boardman.
Heppner Ambulance, Heppner
Fire Department, Heppner Police
Department and the MCSO
responded to a report of a motor
vehicle accident at South Chase
and Cannon streets in Heppner.
Two were transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital.
MCSO received a report of a
man sitting in his pickup in front
of a woman's residence revving
the motor.
MCSO received a request to
forward a message.
MCSO assisted the Boardman
Police Department with a
possible mental patient at
Boardman BP.
Dec. 11, MCSO received a
report of a one vehicle accident
on Wilson Road in Boardman.
MCSO received a request from
Central Middle School, Imgon,
to cite a juvenile over the theft of
a pair of $130 Nike shoes.
MCSO received information
from a woman that her husband
had died in Spokane and that she
was alone.
MCSO received a report that
girls cited earlier for trespassing
in Irrigon were threatening the
property owner's daughter at
school.
Boardman Police Department
received a report of a Suzuki
missing. The owner believed
that her 15-year-old daughter took
it. The daughter subsequently
returned.
Boardman Police Department
received a report of a person
banging on the side of a house.
The person ran away when the
occupant of the house looked
outside.
Boardman Police Department
and MCSO responded to a
screaming woman at a residence
in Boardman. It turned out to be
a verbal disturbance.
MCSO received a request for a
deputy from a woman who had a
fight with her sister-in-law and
wanted her sister-in-law arrested

received a report of two
suspicious looking males with a
dog walking behind a house.
MCSO received a report of
someone throwing meat over the
fence to a dog in Irrigon. The
dog's owner thought that the
meat may have been poisoned.
MCSO received a report of a
vehicle speeding 80-90 miles per
hour and swerving.
MCSO received a request for
assistance from a woman who
believed her car had a dead
battery. She had four small
children in the car. The woman
called back and said she got the
car started.
MCSO received a report of
loud music at a residence in
Imgon.
Dec. 13, MCSO received a
report of a man dumping
gasoline all around outside his
residence in Imgon. A woman
had left her residence to phone
MCSO.
Oregon State Police and MCSO
responded to a report of the man
who had dumped gasoline, who
was now outside the woman's
residence screaming.
Boardman Police Department
received a report of a missing 15-
year-old runaway juvenile girl
who had left on foot.
MCSO received a report of a
gun stolen at a residence near
Heppner.
MCSO received information
concerning a missing person who
was located.
Heppner Police Department
received a request for an officer
concerning a woman who
allegedly threw a rock through a
residence in Boardman.
MCSO received a report of a
disturbance between a man and
his brother in Boardman. The
disturbance was settled.
