PUBLIC NOTICE HEPPNER RANGER DISTRICT PROPOSES TUPPER WORK CENTER FUELING SYSTEM REPLACEMENT The Heppner Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest is currently conducting an environmental analysis for the proposed Tupper Work Center Fueling System Replacement Project. This project would replace the existing gravity flow system with one 500 gallon and one 1,000 gallon concrete "convault" fuel storage tanks. These tanks would be constructed on a 6 inch reinforced base which would include diking and catch basins.
