Creston and Kathryn Robinson
o f Heppner will celebrate their
50th anniversary on Saturday, Feb
22, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the
Heppner Elks Lodge
Creston Robinson and Kathryn
Kelly were married on Valentine's
Day, February 14, 1947, at the
Heppner Methodist parsonage
Kathryn Robinson was employ ed
for 13 years as an insurance
secretary for the Ray Boyce
Insurance Agency in Heppner
Creston Robinson was a lift truck
driver for Kinzua Corp. in
Heppner for 36 years The
Robinsons are lifetime Heppner
residents.
The couple enjoy doing things
with their family and friends,
camping, hunting and fishing
They had two children. Dean
Robinson, Heppner. and Vickie
Magill, now deceased, who lived
in Pendleton, four grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren
The couple request no gifts,
"just the presence of family and
friends"
