The highway was reported to
be very slick. The office con­
tacted the. Oregon Dept, of
Transportation and the Oregon
State Police. Two people with
unknown injuries were trans­
ported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Herm-
iston;
Morrow County Sheriff’s of­
fice was advised of another
motor vehicle accident by the
Boardman ambulance at 1-84 on
off-ramp to Highway 730. The
vehicle was in the ditch. The
ambulance could not stop in
time due to fog and slick road
conditions. It was determined
to be a non-injury accident.
Nov. 27: Morrow County
deputy, the Boardman ambu­
lance, Boardman Fire Dept.,
and Oregon State Police res­
ponded to a motor vehicle ac­
cident two miles east of Board-
man eastbound. Three vehicles
were involved, one on its top.

vestigated a report of a tres­
passer at Sunridge Mobile
Homes, Irrigon;

vestigated a report of a dry ice
truck exchanging cargo of TVs
and VCRs to a van. All was all
right.
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report from Moon
Security of a suspicious vehicle
on Bombing Range Road, one
mile south of Wilson Road. The
occupant was asleep or passed
out.
Nov. 28: Morrow County
Sheriff's office received a report
of possibly two cars drag-racing
through Paul Smith/Wilson/
Kudzu Roads;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of a theft
from a pickup. A man was seen
by the pickup then running
toward the back of a residence.
Mikita tools and other tools
were taken; the man also at­
tempted to take a generator;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report that

a pickup in Irrigon the night
before;
Morrow County deputy and
Oregon State Police responded
to a woman threatening to kill
people and herself at the Ir­
rigon Mobile Court due to
domestic argument;

vestigated a report of a speeder
in the parking lot at Outback
Apts, in Irrigon;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of a
disabled vehicle on 1-84 east-
bound, milepost 155. The
deputy gave the subjects a ride
to the BP station and then back
to the vehicle;
Morrow County deputy and
the Boardman Police Dept,
responded to a report of five
males outside a home at Desert
Spring Estates in Boardman.
One male had a baseball bat
and had broken out a window
on a pickup.

rage" in Irrigon;

fice received a report of a dog
bite to a child in Irrigon;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report of suspi­
cious noises at the Irrigon
Mobile Court;

fice received a report of over­
due hunters. They later arriv­
ed a residence in Heppner.
Nov. 30: Morrow County
Sheriff's office dispatched the
Boardman Fire Dept, to a
pumphouse fire in Boardman.
Two propane tanks were
reported near the fire;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report of a vehicle
at Highway 730 and 8th Street
in Irrigon that was vandalized;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of an­
other car vandalized on High­
way 730 off from 8th Street in
Irrigon. The car had two flat
tires and a window broken out;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of a
residence broken into. A
satellite receiver was stolen;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of a
Rotweiler scaring people at
Sunridge Homes in Irrigon;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Heppner
ambulance to Yaw's Restaurant
for an ill woman. The patient
was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital in Heppner.
Dec. 1: Morrow County
deputy responded to a report
of hay missing from a place in
Irrigon. The owner knew
where the hay was located;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report of missing
tools (a saw and several drills)
from Dune's Estates;
Boardman Police Dept, found
a stolen vehicle in the parking
lot at Sentry Market. No
suspects at this time;
Boardman Police D ept,
received a report of screaming
at Wilson Road Trailer Court.
Dec. 2: Morrow County
deputy investigated a report
from Barry Munkers, Heppner,
that his fields behind the high
school were torn up with tire
tracks;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of van­
dalism at Sunridge Homes,
Irrigon;
Morrow County deputy ar­
rested James Geer, 28, on a
warrant for Parole Violation of
Felon in Possession of a Fire­
arm;
Morrow County deputy ar­
rested Eliodoro Duenas-Mon-
teon, 30, on a Game Violation
Warrant;
Boardman Police Dept, in­
vestigated a report of prank
calls a Boardman resident had
been receiving.
Dec. 3: Morrow County de­
puty investigated a report from
Oregon Hay of a theft of a
quartz light with motion sensor
and an Emerson TV/VCR taken
from the break room;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice and Heppner Police Dept,
received a report log truck hit­
ting BEO annex on Main Street;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report from a per­
son in Irrigon who said her
neighbor had threatened to kill
her cows and horses.
Dec. 4: Morrow County
Sheriff's office was advised of
an alarm at Les Schwab in
Heppner. The unlocked door
was secured by an employee;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report from the
US Coast Guard that a naviga­
tional aid had been shot up
in the Columbia River between
Boardman and Irrigon;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of
horses, pigs, wolves and cows
out in the West Glen area of
Boardman;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of a trans­
former blow at Wilson Road
Trailer Court, Boardman;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of an in­
trusion alarm on scale house
doors at Finley Buttes Landfill
south of Boardman;
Morrow County deputy ar­
rested Kary Dee Kessler on
charges of burglary and theft;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report regarding
subjects prowling around the
Irrigon Mobile Court.
Dec. 5: Morrow County
deputy arrested Jose Fidel
Resendiz-Estrada, 29, on a
Morrow County Circuit Court
warrant for probation viola-
tion/keeping a place for keep­
ing or selling controlled sub­
stances, also arrested on IJC
warrants for DUD, DWS misde­
meanor, and menacing. Res­
endiz-Estrada was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report from the
Hood River Police Dept, re­
questing assistance in locating
wanted subjects headed for
Boardman. Linda Gregory was
arrested on a Clackmas Coun­
ty (CC) warrant for theft.
Robert Gregory was arrested
on CC warrant for unauthoriz­
ed use of a motor vehicle and
theft;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated an unattended death
in Lexington. Frank Robinson
was discovered deceased;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of an
open door at Mt. Hood in
Boardman. The owners of the
home were reported to be on
vacation;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of a possi­
ble fraudulent title on a car pur­
chased in Irrigon;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of Level
II status on the lower Hinton
Creek gauge.
Dec. 6: Morrow County
deputy investigated a report of
a man sitting in a tree at the Ir­
rigon Mobile Court;
Morrow County deputy ar­
rested Steven Duane Hoover,
Clatskanie, on a Benton Coun­
ty, WA., warrant for three
counts burglary II and other
related charges;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report of a( sus­
picious vehicle (primer gray
van with sliding door) that had
been driving by;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of a theft
of a fire extinguisher from His
Place in Boardman;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of under­
fed cows in Heppner.
Dec. 8: Morrow County
deputy investigated a report of
a person in Irrigon who had
been shot in the hip with a BB
gun;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report that the
Wilbur Ellis plant off Patterson
Ferry Road, Irrigon, was
broken into and approximate­
ly $2,000 worth of tools and a
large roll-away toolbox had
been taken;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report of a tres­
passer at Sunridge Homes in
Irrigon;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of a stereo
stolen from a vehicle;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report of $1,000
worth of decoys stolen from C

quent quarrel at West Glen in
Boardman;
Heppner Police Dept, receiv­
ed a report of an audible bur­
glary alarm at Les Schwab in
Heppner. It turned out to be a
cat;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received reports of possible
gun shots. It turned out to be
the ODFW setting off propane
bombs to scare deer away from
carrot fields.
Dec. 10: Oregon State Police
received a report of theft in
Portland of a vehicle owned by
Theo Greenup of Heppner.
The vehicle was recovered, but
Greenup reported that the ve­
hicle identification number had
been filed off;
Morrow County deputy in­
vestigated a report of stolen
farm equipment.
Dec. 11: Morrow County
deputy responded to a report
of a prowler in the Wagon
Wheel Addition in Irrigon. The
deputy was unable to locate the
prowler, but footprints were
found;
Boardman Police Dept, was
advised of an audible intruder
alarm by Moon Security at
Desert Wind Health Services,
Boardman. An individual ad­
vised that it was his error, but
Moon Security could not verify
his authority;
Morrow Counfy deputy in­
vestigated a report of a stolen
firearm from a residence in the
Boardman area;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of a per­
son in dark clothing walking
eastbound on Highway 730, in
and out of traffic, near the
county line. The subject was
found to be intoxicated and was
given a ride to his residence at
Irrigon.
Dec. 12: Morrow County
Sheriff's office received a report
of a disabled US Army dump
truck eastbound on the 1-84
ramp at Highway 730;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of trespass
at Sunridge Mobile Homes, Ir­
rigon. A single-wide trailer had
been entered;
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report that a house
had been broken into and win­
dow’s had been broken out at
the Wilson Road Trailer Court;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Heppner
Fire Dept., Heppner ambu­
lance, Lexington Fire Dept.,
and Lexington Emergency
Medical Technicians to a motor
vehicle accident involving a
semi-truck at Cutsforth Cor­
ners. The jaws of life were also
requested. One patient was
transported to Pioneer Memo­
rial Hospital in Heppner. The
injury was believed to be minor
with no alcohol involved;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of a hit-
and-run, denting a car either at
the lone High School or at
Beecher's Restaurant.
Dec. 13: Boardman Police
Dept, received a report of a
hold-up alarm at a residence in
Boardman. It was a false alarm;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of suspi­
cious circumstances at West
Glen in Boardman. Two males
were reported running down
Summit Lane.
Dec. 14: Boardman Police
Dept, received a report of a
drive-off at the Boardman BP
station;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice received a report of dogs
barking on C Street in Lexing­
ton;
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report from Kegler
Sentry Market, Boardman, that
a man who had previously
passed a fake $20 bill had re­
turned;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
ambulance to the Boardman
Fire Hall. A car battery had ex-
