Heppner City Charter, notice is
hereby given that on Tuesday,
November 5, 19%, an election
will be held within the City of
Heppner to consider adoption
of a new charter for the City
and to fill the following offices:
Mayor, 2-year term; City Coun
cilor, Position #1, 4-year term;
City Councilor #2, 4-year term;
and Position #3, 4-year term.

fices shall assume the duties of
office at the first City Council
meeting in January, 1997.
