Morrow County Health Dis

because health care services in
Morrow County have become
such a volatile issue, particular

"W e've reached a critical
point and upcoming decisions
will affect our future tremen

believes EOSC/RSI will bring
an impartiality to the decision
making process that can benefit
us all." The town hall meetings
