Sheriffs Report
The Morrow County Sheriff's
office in Heppner reports dis­
patching the following business
during the past two weeks:
Dec. 5: Morrow County
deputy responded to a business
in Boardman for an attempted
burglary;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the lone area for
an animal problem;
Morrow County responded
to the Irrigon area for a family
disturbance;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Condon Fire
Dept, for a report of a fire on
A Street. It turned out to be a
controlled burn;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Irrigon area
for a report of a suspicious
vehicle;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Irrigon area
for a report of a prowler.
Dec. 6: Morrow County
deputy responded to the Irri­
gon area for a report of a fire­
cracker thrown on some front
steps.
Dec. 7: Morrow County
Sheriff's office dispatched the
Boardman ambulance to no. 21
Trail Apartments for a one year
old child with an illness. The
patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Community
Hospital in Hermiston;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Boardman
area for a civil problem;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Lexington
Emergency Medical Techni­
cians and the Heppner ambu­
lance to the county road shop
for a 55 year old male with an
injury;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Boardman
area to begin an investigation
of a possible juvenile problem.
Dec. 8: Morrow County
Sheriff's office dispatched the
Condon ambulance to Spring
Street for a female with an in­
jury;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a report of an

Management for a male with an

responded to the Boardman
area for a family problem;
Morrow County deputy took
a report of a theft of a circle in
the Boardman area;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Heppner

Willow Creek Dam area;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
Fire Dept, to a vehicle fire on
1-84 milepost 157 eastbound.
They were unable to locate the
fire;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a one vehicle roll­
over on 1-84 milepost 151. No
injuries occured;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a civil problem in
the Boardman area;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
Fire Dept, to a grass fire west
of Tower Road;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a family distur­
bance in the Boardman area.
Dec. 9: Morrow County
deputy responded to a traffic
hazard on an 1-84 eastbound
overpass by milepost 151;
Morrow County deputy
responded to cattle out on
Highway 730 milepost 173;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Heppner area
for a report of a one vehicle ac­
cident. No injuries occured;
Morrow County deputy
responded to an animal call in
the Boardman area;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Heppner
ambulance to the Blackhorse
Canyon Road out of Heppner
for a female with an illness. No
transport was made;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
ambulance to the Riverside
High School for an injured stu­
dent. The patient was trans­
ported to the Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Her­
miston.
Dec. 10: Morrow County
deputy assisted the Heppner
Police Dept, with a domestic
dispute on Willow Street;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Heppner
ambulance to a residence on
Linden Way for an adult female
with an injury. The patient was
transported to Pioneer Memori­
al Hospital in Heppner;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Irrigon area
for a domestic dispute;
Morrow County deputy
assisted the Oregon State
Police with a motor vehicle ac­
cident on 1-84 at the Arlington
Bridge;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Arlington
ambulance to a motor vehicle
accident on 1-84 milepost 124.
One patient was transported to
the Mid-Columbia Medical
Center in The Dalles;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice handled and dispatched

several various agencies to
motor vehicle accidents on 1-84
due to icy conditions;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched two Boardman
ambulances and the Irrigon am­
bulance to a one vehicle roll­
over on 1-84 milepost 165. Six
patients were transported to
Good Shepherd Community
Hospital in Hermiston;
Morrow County deputy
delivered a message to a resi­
dence in the Irrigon area;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
ambulance to a residence on
Peters Road for a female with
an illness. The patient was
transported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Her­
miston.
Dec. 11: Morrow County
deputy responded to a report­
ed dog complaint in Irrigon;
Morrow County deputy
recovered a vehicle stolen out
of Boise, Idaho;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Fossil am­
bulance to the Asher Clinic to
transport a patient;
Morrow County deputy
responded to suspicious cir­
cumstances on the north end of
Paul Smith Road.
Dec. 12: Morrow County
Sheriff's office dispatched the
lone Emergency Medical Tech­
nicians and the Heppner am­
bulance to a residence in lone
for a child with an unknown il­
lness. The ambulance was
cancelled en route. The patient
was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital in Heppner
by private vehicle.

responded to the Irrigon area
for a dog complaint;
Morrow County deputy
responded to assist the Oregon
State Police for a wrong way
driver on 1-84 milepost 147;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Heppner
Fire Dept, for an alarm at St.
Patrick's Senior Center. It was
a false alarm due to a power
outtage, the alarm reset itself;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Boardman
area for an animal problem.
Dec. 13: Morrow County
Sheriff's office dispatched the
Fossil ambulance to Adams
Street for a male with an injury
from a fall. The patient was
transported to Madras;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Heppner area
for an animal problem;
Morrow County deputy
responded to Highway 730 for
a report of a vehicle in the
ditch. No injuries were report­
ed;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice arrested Sandra L. Ed­
monds, 24, Boardman, for
Failure To Appear/Possession
of Cocaine. Edmonds was
transported to the Umatilla
County Jail with a hold for the
Benton County Sheriff's office.
Dec. 14: Morrow County
Sheriff's office dispatched the
Boardman ambulance to Kin-
kade for a female with chest
pains;
Morrow County deputy
responded to West Glenn in
Boardman for a dispute;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Irrigon area
for a house that had been bur­
glarized;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Irrigon
Marina Park for a suspicious
vehicle;

deputy responded to an animal
problem in the Irrigon area;

Highway 26 for a male with an
illness;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Irrigon area
for an animal problem;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Heppner
ambulance to Gilmore Street.
No transport was made;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Boardman
area for a civil dispute;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice arrested Steven L. Graff,
41, Irrigon, for Parole Viola-
tion/Criminal Mischief II. Graff
was transported and lodged at
Umatilla County Jail.
Dec. 16: Morrow County
deputy responded to 1-84
milepost 172 eastbound for a
motor vehicle accident. No in­
juries were reported;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
ambulance for a report of a
motor vehicle accident on 1-84
milepost 172 eastbound. The
call was cancelled as there were
no injuries;
Morrow County deputy
assisted a citizen by giving the
citizen a ride to Boardman;
Morrow County deputy
responded to Vickie's Video
Store in Irrigon for a hit and
run that occured in the parking
lot;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Condon
ambulance to Main Street. One
female was transported to Mid-
Columbia Medical Center in
The Dalles;
Morrow County deputy
responded to California Street
in Irrigon for a family distur­
bance;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Arlington
Fire Dept, to the parking lot of
the Village Inn for a trailer fire;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a single vehicle
accident on the Willow Creek
Highway. No injuries were
reported.
Dec. 17: Morrow County
deputy assisted a motorist on
1-84 that was disabled;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Fossil am­
bulance to a residence on 5th
Street in Fossil for an adult pa­
tient transport;
Morrow County deputy
responded to First Street and
Highway 730 in Irrigon for a
three vehicle accident. No in­
juries were reported;
Morrow Count Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Condon
ambulance to 2 Boys Market for
an adult female with an injury.
The patient was transported to
the clinic by private vehicle;
Morrow County deputy
responded to the Irrigon area
for an animal problem;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
ambulance and Fire Dept, to a
one car rollover on 1-84 mile­
post 155. Two patients were
transported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Herm­
iston.
Dec. 18: Morrow County
Sheriff's office dispatched the
lone Emergency Medical Tech-
nicians and the Heppner am­
bulance to the Office Tavern in
lone for an adult male with an
illness. The patient was trans­
ported to Pioneer Memorial
Hospital in Heppner;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
ambulance to the Boardman
police station for an adult
female with an illness. The pa­
tient was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital
in Hermiston;
Morrow County deputy ar­
rested Daniel K. Marshall, 38,
Lexington, for Driving Under
the Influence of Intoxicants and
Possession of a Controlled Sub­
stance. Marshall was released
under his own recognizance;
Morrow County deputy
responded to a burglar alarm at
Columbia Jr. High in Irrigon.
The alarm was due to an em­
ployee error.
Dec. 19: Morrow County
deputy responded to 1-84,
Boardman, for a report of sus­
picious circumstances.
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Arlington
ambulance to 1-84 milepost 141
for a one vehicle rollover. A
transport was made to the Mid-
Columbia Medical Center in
The Dalles;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
ambulance to 1-84 milepost 173
for a one vehicle rollover. They
were unable to locate the
accident;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice dispatched the Arlington
Fire Dept, to Oregon Waste
Management outside Arling­
ton. It was a false alarm;
Morrow County Sheriff's of­
fice took a report of vandalism
on Fourth Street in Irrigon.
