To the Editor: We appreciate the Morrow County voters voting for the Recreation District. One thing; if we did not have extra curricular activities, there would be a lot of violence, like kids getting bad grades, just doing bad things. If we keep having extra-curricular ac tivities, there w on't be a lot of violence. From (s) Rose Parm I appreciate everyone voting on the Recreation District. If lone did not have sports, J would probably get bad grades in school and it would be real ly boring. Sincerely, (s) Nonnee Walters v* I'd like to tell all the people who voted yes on the Recrea tion District that I'm glad, they did. Extra-curricular activities are important to a lot of kids and it gives them some respon sibility to themselves- and to their school and friends. ■ Sincerely, (s) Molly Barrow You have given us the chance to have healthy, full lives. We , will now have less of a chance of getting sick or getting a harmful disease like cancer. We will be fit and have fun at the same time. This will help our mind develop better, so in the future we will be more likely to get a good job. In other words, you have given us a better life. Your friend, Stephen Hughes \v I'm glad the community sav ed the Recreation District. I am glad it passed. If it w ouldn't have passed, we would not have sports. If there were no sports, there w ouldn't be very good grades in school. I am in the eighth grade and don't play sports, but it is nice to see my friends on the football field and if I don't go to the games, I en joy the world around me doing fun things with my family. Also if it wouldn't have passed then the classes like art, drama, music and outdoor school wouldn't be here today. Sincerely, (s) Nathan Nolan I'm glad the people of Mor row County voted yes on the rec. district so that we could play sports and have other extra-curricular activities. I know that it is going to cost you some more money to have these activities and that is what I am grateful for. Sincerely, (s) Steven Crum I would like,to tell the people of Morrow County I'm glad they voted yes on the Recrea tion District Bond. Sports mean a lot to me, but school means even more to me than sports do. If we w ouldn't be able to have speech, drama, art, etc., then school w ouldn't be fun. The whole part about school is to learn new things. I mean, it gets boring learning the same thing year after year, as of when we do get extra classes like art, we learn to write in calligraphy, or paint beautiful pictures. I'm really grateful to all those people who passed the district. Sincerely, . (s) Charissa Gates I'm glad all of you voted yes for the Recreation District.
