for the development of plans
intended to convert an existing
grain elevator to a museum and
historical interpretive center.
The project will include
designs, construction docu­
ments and management plans
to redevelop the existing grain
elevator, incorporate the Coun­
ty's existing museum collec­
tion, and develop lands adjoin­
ing the grain elevator, all in ac­
cordance with a Preferred
Master Plan and Design Theme
which has been prepared and
is available upon request. All
bids must be in compliance
with particular bid specifica­
tions which may be obtained by

merger of a portion of Olex
School District No. 11 with
Morrow County School District
No. 1.
The hearing will be held on
February 16, 1995 at 7:00 p.m.
at the Umatilla Morrow ESD,
located at 2001 SW Nye,
Pendleton, O regon. This
merger is required to comply
with Oregon Revised Statutes,
Chapter 393, Section (2), and
the hearing is held to afford in­
