beneficiary's records, the in­
debtedness is owed by Willie
Michael Pruitte and Lori Kay
Pruitte.
Both the beneficiary and the
trustee have elected to sell the
said real property to satisfy the
obligations secured by said
trust deed and a notice of
default has been recorded pur­
suant to Oregon Revised
Statutes 86.735(3); the default
for which the foreclosure is
made is grantor's failure to pay
when due the following sums:
Monthly payments in the
sum of $624.00 from December
1, 1993, with monthly
payments in the sum of $609.50
from February 1,1994, together
with all costs, disbursements,
and/or fees incurred or paid by
the beneficiary and/or trustee,
their employees, agents or
assigns.
By reason of said default the
beneficiary has declared all
sums owing on the obligation
secured by said trust deed im­
mediately due and payable,
said sum being the following,

terest thereon at the rate of
10.00% per annum from
November 1, 1993 together
with all costs, disbursements,
and/or fees incurred or paid by

A public meeting of the
Budget Committee of Morrow
County, Morrow County State
of Oregon, to discuss the
budget for the fiscal year July
1, 1995 to June 30, 1996 will be
held at Morrow County Cour­
thouse. The meeting will take
place during the week of the
9-13th of January, 1995 at 9:00
A.M. The purpose is to receive
the budget message and docu­
ment of the district.
A copy of the budget docu­
ment may be inspected or ob­
tained on or after January 9th
1995 at Morrow County Cour­
thouse, Heppner, Oregon, bet­
ween the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 5:00 P.M.
This is a public meeting
where deliberation of the
Budget Committee will take
place. Any person may appear
at the meeting and discuss the
proposed programs with the
Budget Committee.

Stan Hoobing, convenor of the
Oregon Together Group.
For the past six weeks Hepp-
ner's Oregon Together Group
has offered to give away $1,500
to any group or individual who
would like some financial
assistance with drug and
alcohol free events or activities
with children and youth of the
Heppner-Lexington area. "S o
far there has been no one even
ask or come and get an applica­
tion form,” said Hoobing.
There is little over a month
left to apply for monies. The
deadline is February 1, 1995
and the awards will be an­
nounced by the first of March.

financial assistance," added
