Basin Electrical Coop Boar­

adoption of a resolution calling
a special election to submit to
the voters
the question of
authorizing a serial tax levy for
the operation of a park district
swimming pool pursuant to
ORS 310.186. The Board will
also consider adoption of a
resolution calling a special elec­
tion to submit to the voters the
question of contracting a
general obligation bonded in­
debtedness in the amount of
$975,000 to construct, furnish
and equip a park district swim­
ming pool.
This hearing is where
deliberations of the Board of
Directors will take place. Any
person may appear at this
meeting and discuss the pro­
posed resolutions with the
Board.
