The Thursday evening 4-H
Public Fashion Revue is always
a pleasure to attend, and the
1994 event is bigger than ever.
"The 4-H Youth Development
Program offered two modeling
workshops in the 1993-94 pro
gram y e a r," says Carol
M ichael-Bennett, "a n d it
definitely made an impact in
the self-confidence of county
youth."
Ninety-one youth, an all-time
high, have entered the two
modeling contests. "M y
Favorite Outfit" is a contest
that promotes consumer skills:
clothing selection and coor
dination, as well as poise and
self confidence. Members may
have constructed or purchased
their garments for this contest,
which is open to all 4-H
members, regardless of project
area.
"Fashion Revue" is open to
all doting, knitting and
crocheting project members.
