Funding the VOA
The majority of funding for
the Veterans of Oregon Associa-
tion is intended to come from
membership dues from veterans,
family members, friends, associ-
ates and businesses. Veterans
helping veterans is a noble means
to make the association a success.
In addition, contributions,
_ interest income, revenue from the
sale of magazine advertising, non-
member subscriptions and the
sale of pro-patria merchandise
will help fund the association's
efforts. Some of the companies
providing programs benefits
and/ or services to the Veterans
of Oregon Association members
provide royalties to the associa-
tion, based on the member's par-
ticipation, so that additional pro-
grams and services can be created
and funded by the VOA.
