We would like to extend a
special thank you to all the peo
ple who made our recent baseball
season such a great success.
Thanks to all the people who
helped get our field playable at
the beginning of the season. It
took a great deal of work and we
had a great crew helping.
Thanks also to the coaches and
others of the Boardman com
munity for making their field
available to us and for getting it
ready for us during playoffs.
Your hard work was really
appreciated.
Last, but not least, a special
thanks to the parents and all of die
people of the community who at
tended our games and gave us
such great support during the
season and in the playoffs.

I would like to express my most
sincere thanks to Dr. Ed and Dr.
Jeanne, the nurses and all the staff
of both the Pioneer Hospital and
the nursing home, for their tender
care they took of my mother Irene
Dollarhide for the past years.
I would also like to thank the
Heppner Chapter of the Eastern
Stars and the Masonic Lodge for
the beautiful service they per
formed for my mother.
A special thank you to Kate and
Buzz Lynch and the employees of
Cal’s for the dinner they prepared
for our family after the services,
and the ladies that brought salads,
cake, etc.
Last but not least, I would like
to thank my sweet wife Sharen
for her help and comfort through
this trying time.

Thank you to each and
everyone of you who made our
60th wedding anniversary such a
happy occasion. We especially
appreciate those of you who have
maintained the hall at Hardman
so that those of us with roots there
have it to go home to; the gang
from Echo who worked so very
hard in the kitchen; each of you
that provided a salad or other
food for the dinner; our three
children, Harsh, Sandy and
Teresa and their families for all
of their hard work; and each of
you that attended,sent cards and
telephoned to wish us well. You
really made our day!
