for the position o f Police Clerk.
The individual selected for this
position will begin Thursday, Ju­
ly 1, 1993 and will work 10 hours
per week on a varied schedule
throughout the week. The posi­
tion requires the ability to type at
least 35 words per minute, use a
word processor or personal com­
puter, file records, deal with the
public in person and on the
telephone. Must be able to follow
ofal and written instructions. The
position is under the supervision
of the Police Chief. The Police
Clerk must be able to handle con­
fidential information on a routine
basis. Due to the confidential
nature of the work, a pre­
employment background check
will be performed. A typing test
is also required.
