HAVE YOU LOST YOUR
FREEDOM TO CHOOSE
YOUR PHARMACY?
Today, thousands of Oregonians are being denied their freedom to fill their prescriptions at the phar
macy of their choice. Their insurance companies are forcing them to use another pharmacy. Many
Oregonians would rather utilize their local pharmacies, where they can get the personal care and necessary
advice they've grown to trust. Senate Bill 597, pending in the Oregon Senate, would allow any phar
macist willing to accept the rate set by the insurance company to fill your prescription. If you are
tired of having to drive the extra distance to your insurance compnay’s pharmacy, of having to stand
in line, and be rushed through without feeling like you know all you need to know about your prescription;
call these Oregon Senators and urge them to pass Senate Bill 597.
