An alcohol servers class has
been planned for Saturday, Aug.
29, from 8:30 a.m. til noon at
Kate's pizza.
The class is open to anyone

The Morrow County Sheriffs
office in Heppner reports dispat­
ching the following business dur­
ing the past week:
August 18: Morrow County
Sheriffs office dispatched the
Boardman Fire Dept to a field fire
at West Glen. Fire turned out to
be a controlled bum;
Morrow County Sheriffs of­
fice dispatched the Boardman
Fire Dept to a field fire at Man
Camp. Fire turned out to be a
controlled burn;
Morrow County Sheriffs of­
fice dispatched the Boardman am­
bulance to Man Camp in the
Boardman area for a juvenile with
an unknown illness. One female
was transported to Good
Shepherd Community Hospital.
August 19: Morrow County
deputies responded to investigate
a report of erratic driving near
Irrigon;
M orrow County deputy
responded to a welfare check at
the Boardman rest area;
M orrow County deputy
responded to investigate a disabl­
ed boat in Boardman;
M orrow County deputy
responded to investigate a repot
of an erratic driver in Boardman.
Enoc Hernandez, 35, Portland,
was arrested for Driving Under
the Influence of Intoxicants and
Unauthorized Use of a Motor
Vehicle. He was lodged at Ben­
ton County Jail.
August 20: Morrow County
deputy responded to investigate a
report of a theft in Boardman.
Amount of value is unknown;
who needs to renew his or her
alcohol servers permit. Cost is
