Technology students build storage unit
n
Heppner High School students,
under the direction of technology
teacher Dave Fowler built a supp
ly storage unit at the high school
as a student project.
The students in woods I, II and
III and drafting and technology
survey framed the walls, hung,
taped and finished the dry wall,
installed doors and painted the
building. The building has four
rooms to store student projects
and one room to store supplies.
Fowler said that be creating an
upper deck on the building, used
for long-term storage, the unit in
creased the useable space in the
lab. Kinzua Corporation donated
all the lumber.
