Paid for by the committee to elect Don McEUigott for
Morrow County Commissioner.
We the undersigned citizens of Morrow County agree with the Oregon
State Bar poll which gave nearly 60% of that vote in support of District
Judge Richard Courson.
We all take notice of the fact that the Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme
Court, Justice Edwin Peterson, appointed Judge Courson as the Presiding
Judge for the 6th Judicial District. Also, we note that this appointment was
confirmed and renewed by the new Chief Justice, Wallace Carson.
That demonstrates the confidence the Chief Justice has in administrative
abilities of Judge Courson. We need his skills and experience on the bench
in Morrow County.
We urge you to vote for Judge Richard J. Courson, Dept. No. 1
