Blue Mountain Community
College, in cooperation with
Chemeketa Community college,
will offer a “ Grammar and Pro­
ofreading” workshop through
EDNET during April.
The workshop is open to the
public. However, content is aim­
ed at governm ent office
employees, managers and super­
visors, field workers and other
agencies. It will help participants
view gram m ar in a new,
simplified way to help improve
proofreading, punctuation and
rewriting skills.
Offered on three consecutive
Tuesdays, April 7, 14, and 21
from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m ., the
workshop will focus on different
elements of grammar and pro­
ofreading so participants may
practice the learned skills. As an
EDNET course, there will be
full-time audio interaction to
enable participants to visit direct­
ly with Kris O’Harra, instructor.
O’Harra has over 22 years of
experience in teaching writing,
speech and vocabulary develop­
ment. She has been on

NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX WARRANTS
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to ORS 311.615 of the service of
Personal Property Tax warrants upon the following listed tax payers.
Payment of the following listed delinquent taxes with interest and
cost of service must be made by April 8, 1992 or said warrants shall
be filed with the County Clerk of Morrow county, Oregon, for entry
in the County Clerk Lien Record, and shall became a lien upon the
title to any interest in real property owned by the person against
whom the warrant is issued, and the taxes on personal property
embraced in the warrant with interest, penalties and costs
applicable thereto, shall continue as a lien on all the personal
property of the person assessed as otherwise provided by law. The
effect shall be the same as though the people of the county had
recovered the judgement against the person charged for the full
amount of the delinquent tax covered by the warrant together with
interest thereon and cost as provided by law.
