ting sealed bids for the sale of two
Honda three-wheel ATVs. The
public is invited to inspect the
ATVs at City Hall during regular
business hours (Weekdays, 9:00
am to 5:00 pm). Bidding for both
ATVs will require two seperate
bids. No bid of less than $500
will be accepted for either of the
ATVs. Bids will be accepted un­
til Friday, March 6, 1992, at 5:00
p.m., at Heppner City Hall, 188
West Willow Street. Heppner,
Oregon, 676-9618. The City
Council will review all bids at the
March 9, 1992 regular Council
meeting, and will select winning
bids from among qualified bids

application with the FCC for a
new low power television station
to serve Heppner, Oregon. The
station will transmit on Channel
44 from a transmitter site on
Chamberlain - Goodnoe Rd., ap­
proximately 3.2 mi. N.W. of
Goodnoe Hills, Oregon, with 8.1
kw effective radiated power. The
station intends to engage in
rebroadcasting the signal of Sta­
tion KPDX (TV). Channel 49,
Vancouver, Washington.
