PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF HEPPNER
On Monday, January 13, 1992,
at 7:00 p.m. at Heppner City
Hall, the City Council of the Ci­
ty of Heppner will hold a public
hearing to consider the adoption
of an ordinance to consolidate the
City’s seven separate reserve
funds into a single consolidated
reserve fund, establish accounting
practices for the new fund to
assure segregation of accounts,
create a new fleet repair and
replacement account within the
new fund, and declare an
emergency. Requirements of the
ordinance will become effective
on July 1, 1992. Copies of the or­
dinance are available at City Hall
for public examination. The
public hearing is where delibera­
tions on this ordinance will take
place. Any person may appear at
the meeting and offer testimony
to the Council on the proposed
ordinance.

Notice is hereby given that on
January 13, 1992, at 9:00 a.m.,
the Board of Equalization of the
County of Morrow, Oregon, will
meet at the County Courthouse in
Heppner, Oregon, to:
-Hear petitions for the reduc­
tion of real market value or
specially assessed value as of July
1.
-Hear petitions to excuse per­
sonal and real property late filing
penalties.
Executive sessions may be held
during the session as required by
ORS 308.290(7), ORS 308.411,
’ and ORS 308.413.
A schedule of hearings for
those who request to be present
will be posted daily on the
bulletin board at the Morrow
County Courthouse.
All other hearings will be
scheduled as time allows. Contact
the board of equalization clerk for
further information.
