Museum seeks board member
After eight and one half years of
serving on the Museum Board, Alma
Green has resigned. During her term
of office, significant changes were
made in the operation of the widely
acclaimed museum. A full time
director of the museum is now on
line and a computerized inventory is
in the making. Under Alma’s role as
chairperson of the Morrow County
Museum, numerous exchanges of
arts and crafts have been enjoyed by
those who spend time in the many
rooms of the museum.
Long time residents of Morrow
County will remember that Alma
was executive secretary to the Mor
row County Court for the better part
of her professional career.
Morrow County is inviting those
interested in serving on the Museum
Board to submit their name at the
courthouse within a two-week
period, Judge Carlson said.
