On Monday, 9/10/90, at 7:00
p.m. at Heppner City Hall, the
Heppner Common Council will hold
a public hearing on the adoption o f
Ordinance Number 480, an O r­
dinance Amending City Zoning O r­
dinance N o. 465. and declaring an
emergency. The ordinance revises
the public notice and hearing re­

mation o f an Irrigon Livestock
District.
The territory and boundaries o f the
proposed district is described as
follow s: Beginning at the South
meander line o f the Columbia River
and the W est Section line o f Section
15, Township 5 North, Range 26,
E .W .M .; thence Sourth along the
West Section line o f Sections 15, 22,
27 and 34, Township 5 North,
Range 26, E .W .M .; and Sections 3,
10, 15 in Township 4 North, Range
26 E .W .M .; to the right-of-way o f
the main line o f the Union Pacific
Railroad Company in a Sourtlieaster-
ly direction 9 miles, more or less,
to the East boundary line o f M orrow
County, O regon, thence follow ing
the boundary line o f M orrow Coun­

The class o f livestock which shall
