subject cause on June 19,1990 pur­
suant to a judgment rendered and
entered on May 23, 1990, in favor
of the plaintiff and against the defen­
dants, Quarter Circle V Ranches,
Inc., an Oregon corporation; Shirley
W. Rugg; Wavel B. Wilkinson;

poration, where it was ordered that
certain mortgages held by plaintiff
be foreclosed and that the real pro­
