By virtue of an execution issued
out of the above entitled court in the
subject cause on June 19.1990 pur­
suant to a judgment rendered and
entered on May 23. 1990. in favor
of the plaintiff and against the defen­
dants. Quarter Circle V Ranches,
Inc., an Oregon corporation; Shirley
W Rugg; Wave! B Wilkinson;
Shirley Rugg. Inc., an Oregon cor­
poration. where it was ordered that
certain mortgages held by plaintiff
be foreclosed and that the real pro­

ed me to sell the real property to

the rate of 6% per annum from April
9. 1990. until paid, plus costs and
disbursements (including reasonable
