The State of Oregon, acting by
and through the Economic Develop
ment Commission, will hold a
meeting on Tuesday. April 24, 1990
in the Central Oregon Welcome
Center, 63085 N. Hwy. 97. Bend.
Oregon 97701, beginning at 9:00
a m. The meeting will include a
public hearing on a request for small
issue industrial development revenue
bond financing for a project of
Oregon Potato Company.
The project will consist of acquisi
tion and installation of dehydrated
potato Hake processing equipment.
The maximum aggregate face
amount of small issue industrial
development revenue bonds to be
issued with respect to the project is
$1,250.000. The initial owner and
operator of the project will be
Oregon Potato Company, an Oregon
corporation.
The facility will be located on East
Columbia Avenue, Boardman. Mor
row County, Oregon.
The public hearing will provide a
reasonable opportunity for interested
persons to express their views, both
orally and in writing, on the propos
ed issue of bonds and the location
and nature of the proposed facilities
to be financed. Persons desiring to
speak at the hearing must limit their
oral remarks to ten minutes. Writ
ten comments should be delivered at
the public hearing or mailed to the
address indicated below.
