committee for the Willow Creek
Park District to discuss the budget
for fiscal year July 1, 1990 to June
30, 1991, will be held at the Colum­
bia Basin meeting room in Heppner.
The meeting will take place April 3

The purpose is to receive the
budget message and document at the
Willow Creek Park District. This is

The Port of Morrow, Oregon in­
vites bids for the construction of an
approximately 900 foot deep water
supply well. Work includes drilling,
setting and grouting 16-inch casing
through 600 feet, more or less, of
alluvium and basalt; drilling a hole
sized for 12-inch well casing for 300
feet, more or less; furnishing and
setting 300 feet, more or less, of
12-inch well casing; and developing
and pump testing the completed
well. Artesian flow is possible. A
pilot hole may be drilled for all or
a portion of the well.
Sealed bids for the described pro­
ject will be received by the Port of
Morrow at the Port of Morrow of­
fice located at No. 1 Marine Drive,
Boardman, Oregon, or at P.O. Box
200, Boardman, Oregon 97818 un­
til 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, March
28, 1990, and then publicly opened
and read aloud. This project is be­
ing funded through State of Oregon
Economic Development Department
funds. The Contractor is subject to
all State of Oregon requirements
regarding the payment of
State
of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates.
The contract time for the project
shall be 90 calendar days.
