guilty Fnday to drug related charges
in Morrow County Circuit Court,
according to Morrow County
District Attorney Jeff Wallace
Phillip Midland entered guilty
pleas to two counts of delivery of
mcthamphctaminc in February and
March. 1989 Hie charges stemm­
ed fn*m an undercover investigation
by the Morrow County Sheriff’s Of­
fice and the Irrigon Police

Boardman now has a community
newspaper to fill the void left by the
Boardman Beacon and Boardman
Enterprise, the Columbia Valley
Chronicle, which began circulation
Monday. January 8
Copies of the paper were printed
and mailed free to all postal patrons
in the Boardman and irrigon
vicinity
C olumbia Valley Chronicle is also
given away at stores in Morrow
County and Arlington
Ed Glenn, publisher, has been
publishing a market newsletter for
the Northwest wine grape industry
for a little more than a year, using
