lone Garden Club celebrated its
4<)th anniversary on Wednesday,
Oct I I at the lone United Church
Helen M artin presented statistics
about the forty years of the club The
club was organized October. 1944,
at the Masonic Hall by the Blue
Mountain D istrict Director, Mrs
Harry (Veda) Andrews o f the Echo
Hcrmiston area The main object of
the club was civic beautification,
especially W oolery Park which was
established in the IK90s
Over the years there have been
107 different members Charter

designs tor community occasions
