for good and valuable consideration,
defendants made, executed, and
delivered to plaintiffs their pixv
missory note, a true copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A "
and incorporated herein by
reference Ever since, plaintiffs have
been and now are the sole owners
and holders of that note

Pursuant to the terms of the pro
missory note, defendants promised
to pay plaintiff the sum of $3,008.22
in consecutive monthly installments
of $119 77 beginning on the 26th
day of May. 1986. until paid

Defendants are in default on the
note by reason of their failure to
make the payments required
thereunder, and plaintiffs have
declared the entire unpaid balance of
the note, $2.117.73, immediately
due and payable

Depsite demands for the balance
owing, defendants have failed or
refused to pay the balance ow ing on
the note As a result there is now due
and owing on the note from defen
dants to plaintiffs the sum of
$2,117 73, together with interest
thereon at 14% annum from the 29th
day of June. 1988 until paid

The note further provides that in
the event suit or action is filed to col
lect the note, defendants agreed also
to pay plaintiffs reasonable attorney
fees Plaintiff has been required to
obtain the services of an attorney to
enforce this note
WHEREFORE, plaintiffs pray for
judgement against defendants and
each of them in the amount of
$2.117 73, together with interest
thereon at the rate of 14% per an
num from the 29th day of June.
