as you normally do, closed blinds

the talk has centered around what the
Port of Morrow could be doing that it is not Much of those criticisms
have to do with the Port's budgetary practices that, according to some of

In any event, the "Port hashing'got so bad that this writer chose not
to attend further Committee meetings and has learned that others do not
attend for the same reason
What's worse, we hear persistent rumors that some steps of retaliation
have been threatened by Port officials against the worst of the "Port
hashers." retaliatum involving public funds
Now. of course, both businessmen and the Port arc in a common jam
StuHild the major industry in the Port District close up. not only would
the Port be bankrupt, the business district in Bturdman would dry up and
blow away The entire county would suffer, just as if Kinzua's sawmill
would close
There is nothing like a common problem to bring feuding folks togetfier
As I see it. the silver lining in this cloud would be if the "Port bashers"
would be constructive in their criticism of the Port, and the Port manage
ment and Commission would at least consider that criticism as a construc
tive effort to help.
