McIntosh celebrate 60 wedded years
A reception honoring Lou and
Clarence McIntosh of lone, on their
60th wedding anniversary , was held
Sunday April 24 at the Willows
Grange
Mr. and Mrs McIntosh were mar
ned in Stillwater. Oklahoma, April
21. 1928 They came to Oregon in
June 1947 with their children and
resided in Newberg until moving to
lone in September 1966
The event was hosted by the cou
ple’s daughter and her husband, Ab-
bie and Bob Ward of Dallas, and son
and his wife. Eldon and Laverne
McIntosh of Newberg
The Mdntoshes were honored by
many relatives Jennifer Ward.
Dallas; Jeff Ward and Tonya
Erickson. Tualatin. Lon. Todd and
Taylor Southwick. Beaverton;
Robin, Robert, Harmony, Jordan

Walla Walla on Monday morning
for medical attention She has been
ill for several weeks at her home and
a short stay in Pendleton in the
hospital.

from a vacation spent in the Los
Angeles area where she visited
relatives, and in Yuma where she
visited her son and family.

Thursday evening for the regular
