Westerfield — Myers
Tern Westerfield became the bride of Sam Myers in an evening ceremony
on September 2? at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Vancouver.
W ashington The ceremony was performed by the bride's lather Rev Daniel
Westerfield and Rev Cal Carpenter
The bride is the daughter of Dan and Sandy Westerfield of Camas.
Washington The bride, given in marriage by her mother and father was
dressed in a white satin gown with re embroidered lace and lace insets
overlaid with seed pearls and austrian crystal haquctx and irredcxcent se
quins Her fingertip veil was created by her mother Pie traditional bride s
garter was handsewn by the groom's mother She also carried a cascade
of white roses and carnations
The groom is the son of Jerry and Nancy Myers of Heppncr
Mat ron-of-ho nor for her sister was Julie Horn of Camas Another sister
of the bride, l^iRcnc Westerfield of Camas was the Maid of honor
Bridesmaids were Wendy Myers. Richland, sister of the groom. Gwen
Shipley, Yakima, aunt of the bride. DeAnn Helland. Bothell. W’a . l.en
Roth. Bellvuc, Wa ; Rhonda Rash, Camas
Assisting the groom was the groom's brother, John Myers, Echo, best
man and groomsmen Tom Flo me r, cousin, l-ake Oswego, Mick Jelsma.

bell. Calif.; Dave Horn, Camas, brother of the bride
Die ceremony music was provided by laiRcnc Westerfield, Camas,
vocalist; and Gwen Shipley. Yakima, also a vocalist
The wedding music was provided by Tina Carpenter. Seattle, playing
the piano
The flower girl was Crystal Shipley, Yakima, cousin of the bride and
ring bearer was Robby Rothe, Seattle
l ighting the candles were Tom Westerfield, the bride's cousin. Seattle,
and Tom Flo me r. cousin of the groom, laike Oswego
A reception was held at the Glad Tidings Church in Vancouver, W,i
Following the reception, the couple was taking a trip to the Oregon Coast.

The bride attended Camas Christian School, Northwest College in
Kirkland. W'a receiving an asstxiatc degree in ld86. and was employed
as a nanny
The groom attended Heppner High School, Blue Mountain Community
College, and graduated from Oregon State University in Id84
The couple will be farming with the family on their ranch in Heppner

The ceremony was performed before family members and attendants by
Pastor John Maas of Prinevillc Lutheran Church He was assisted by Bill
Morden of Coeur d ‘ Alene. Idaho, who gave the readings, and Paul Rum
mclhart. of Libby. Montana who helped serve communion
Donna Morden of Coeur d ‘ Alene was matron of honor and Matt Fen

An old fashioned western theme was used for the wedding and family
and participants wore casual western attire including hoots and blue jeans
for the men The bndc earned a bouquet of daisies and yellow roses Yellow
and white crysanthemums decorated the living riami of the ranch home
A champagne brunch followed the service
ITic bride is self-employed as a management support consultant and is
also employed part time by the forest service. She is a former Libby resi
dent and was employed there in public relations for the Kootenai National
Forest supervisor soffice Fennessy is an attorney with Fennessy, Crocker
and Allen

like to have friends and family share their happiness by dropping by the

Mr and Mrs David Harrison of Cheny, Washington announce the
