County Court approved our request
for a conditional use permit to con
struct a landfill at Finley Buttes Wc
have also agreed with the Court on
the terms o f a franchise that wc will
need to operate that facility Based
on these decision*, here is what the
landfill will mean to Morrow Coun
ty residents
