this is affecting a college student in

in Oregon Institute o l Technology's
M edical Technology program »ho.
upon qualifying, need a 12 month
practicum in an approved medical
laboratory in order to graduate in
this program from O i l This part ot
the program is clearly listed in O IT 's
catalog But the college hac only four
practicums available fo r these lb
students
M uch tune, c flo rt and m o ties has
been spent by these students On
F ebruary 3. l*JH7 we wrote to O l I
protesting this situation and asking
them to let us know what they were
doing to rectify this situation They
have not bothered to contact us yet
They did immediately call our
