Mustangs sneak past Eagles

The Mustangs walked a tight rope
in the first tournament game last
weekend helore sneaking by the
Eagles to advance to the trophv
game
Both teams traded baskets to start
the first prrmd helore the Taglcs put
together a string o f points to close
out the period with a lb 7 lead Mike
Boie scored sesen points in the
period for C'atlin Gabel while Phil
Buchanan had five

the beginning ol the second quarter

The Eagles ran o ff eight straight

Meanwhile Heppner continued to
fight back behind Devin. Padherg.

Wilgers led all scorers with 19
points, grabbed 7 rebounds and had
