Society met at the Irxington (¡range
Hall on Sunday for their annual
pot luck dinner and meeting The
meeting opened with a prayer by
Reverend Anderson of lexington
Baptist Church and the singing of the
"S tar Spangled Banner" with Jean
Nelson as song leader and Kikka
Tews as pianist There were an
nouncemcnts and reports were mack-
on a bus trip to Idaho and a planned
trip to Winston Wildlite Safari in
May Minutes were read and ap
proved as was the tcasurer's report

Denton said the T4 plants, which range in height from four to eight
feet, were "p rim e " quality hybrids which would bring from V40 to
VV) thousand on the street He estimated that each plant would yeild
two to five pounds of marquana. which has a street value ot SI2T an

that from the appearance of the roots, the plants look as if they had
