scoring in the closing sec onds of the
third period
Devin and Britt executed the
Heppner option to perfection on the
drive's first play Devin rambled 11
yards from the Mustang 39 to the 50
and then pitched the hall to Britt who
gained another 20 yards to the 30
On the nest play Devin hit Lind­
say on the five and Lindsay hulled
his way into the end rone from there
With 15 seconds to gq in the third
period the Mustangs were up 42-0
The Tiger-Scots avoided the
shutout »ith 3:44 left in the fourth
quarter »hen Chris Nash thre» to a
Weston McEwcn receiver who slip­
ped behind the Heppner secondary
The play covered 43 yards and made
the final score 42-6

Mustangs were up 28-0
Hcppner’s nest drive ended at the

Mustangs had no pnshlcm punching
the hall in on their nest drive
Britt took a Tiger Scot punt at
W'eston McEwcn'a 35 and returned
it 25 yards to the ten
From there Bntt ran in from 10
yards out and Pedro added the estra
points on a reverse to increase the
Mustang lead to 36-0
