Hcllested. Denmark, son of Jens and
Karen Nielsen He came to America
in 1923 and moved from Ukiah to
Heppner in 1957 He was employed
by the Oregon State Highway Dept
for 28V* years He had been a res id -
sent o f Portland for the past two
years
He was married to O lja C h ro
tiansen in Walla Walla on May 7,
1925 She preceded him in death in
December. 1964
Survivors include daughters,
Mary Ann DeVore of Portland. Bet
ty Jane Solsvik o f Seattle, tuns John
O ., James O . Jerry E., all o f
