found in wheal fields by Maureen
and Clint Krebs since mid March,
two of them during the last week
Each of the balloons has had a tag
which the Krebs returned with a let
ter to the person who released the
baloon Merla Cox, a Portland
fourth grader. Kirk Hcnng. a Tigard
fourth grader, and David Brooks, a
Troutdale first grader all promised
to answer a letter written by the
finder of the balloon The balloons
were released as part of a reading
project
