after defeating Ihe Weston McEwen
TigerScots twice this last weekend,
February 21 and 22
Heppner traveled to Athena on
Friday to lace the TigerScots lor the
first lime this season
Weston McEwen needed this win
to stay alive in Ihe Columbia Basin
Conference for a chance lo attend
Ihe district tournament
The Killies left the TigerScots in a
disappointing position as they went
home with their 11th league win
The first half ended with Ihe
TigerScots full of hope because they
took the lead late in the second
quarter due lo the Killies slow start
Heppner sparked in Ihe third
quarter and held Weston McEwen to
only 4 points
Heppner glided through the fourth
quarter to lake un II point win
The Fillies hosted the TigerScots
on Saturday (or their final game of
