the Morrow County Court intends to
surrender jurisdiction of a certain
County road within
the City of
Boardman to the governing body of
the City of Boardman
By this
surrender the County's jurisdiction
over that road shall cease, along
with its jurisdiction to improve,
construct or repair The full and
atisoluic jurisdiction over the road
for all purposes listed above, and for
levving and collection of assess
monts therefore shall vest with the
