Morrow qualifies for consideration
on this basis
The need is real
Hospital facilities as well as close
by shopping and churches, are nee
essary also to gain consideration
Becreational areas such as the
Willow Creek dam lake are a plus
also
Second item looked at is
whether it prevents a degeneration
in the area Third consideration is
whether any jobs are created or a
need is met. such as Ihe physical
therapist
