To the Kditor
Aa a visitor in lleppner from a
large out of state city I want to
comment on the friendly reception
by the people here It it such a nice
feeling lo be greeted by your clerks
and even strangers, both young and

smile
I wish to comment particularly,
on the Pioneer Memorial Nursing
Home and its staff
I have spent
considerable time there and the
caring atmosphere is the best I have
ever seen
As president of a
veterans orgam/alion in my state. I
have occassion to visit nurmg home

comparisons Your people here are
what makes this nursing home so
great They show sincere concern
and caring for patients and patients
families I am further impressed by
their knowledge and cheerful attl

When I return home I will take

date
The following individuals and
businesses are to tie congradulated
fro their contributions
Kin.ua ( orp for the donations of
the lumber
John Weygundt donated a truck
to pick up lumber at mill
Kd Hiemstra and his shop class

and George Koffler for getting the
planters prepared, for planting and
placing on Main Street
Supplies and services were pur
